The pictures in the book are so cute, and my daughter just loves horses. This alone was enough to catch her attention. This week was bitter sweet for me. I was able to drink my water (looking into my food journal, I actually took in about 96 oz. of water per day), I did my workouts everyday, and I upped them to 30 min. from 15.
