Kim is one of my very best friends in the world. She has been there for me when I needed her and she has a caring heart. She is always asking me if I am okay when I am down and she is just a very good friend.

Right now as I type, her teeny tiny cousin Annie (pictured above) is fighting for her life. She was born prematurely by 8 weeks. She is now about 2 months old. She was doing fine until she got some kind of severe infection and when taken to the hospital in Erie (where she lives) they decided to life flight her to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, near where Kim and I live.  YOU CAN READ MORE ABOUT ANNIE here:

She is there right now. Kim is understandably falling apart at the seams. I cannot even imagine what her mom (Kims cousin) is going through and the whole family. Their family is very close and this was the first baby GIRL in the family in 12 years. They were so extremely happy to have her. Now we all are wondering why God isn’t stepping in to protect her before the devil takes her away ???

This is so sad and hard for me to even write about but I felt I needed to do something. I have been tweeting since I found out about it to PLEASE PRAY FOR ANNIE. Also keep the entire family in your prayers, and my friend/your friend Kim as well.

The last time I heard from Kim, they knew she had an infection, and she had some brain damage already. Then Kim has tweeted that a CT scan done about 10+ hours ago showed no brain activity. I haven’t heard anything more yet.

Please pray for God’s protection on this baby and for him to make miracles happen and keep this baby here on Earth. Please keep God’s loving arms around the whole family during this tough time. Give the doctors the knowledge to find out what is wrong and to get this resolved.

I have been asked to review a website that is Christian based. A lot of bloggers won’t review Christian/religious websites or products due to the fact that a lot of companies won’t use them for promotion if they do. Well, since I am a “Keeping it REAL” kind of person, when asked I said SURE ! Afterall I am a Christian and Am in LOVE with Jesus, my savior. Why would I NOT want to share a wonderful website with you ?So, I wouldn’t be me if I tried to hide this. So I figure it this way, if a company doesn’t want to work with me because of my religion, then I probably don’t want to be working with this company anyways. And also companies SHOULD want to work with me, because I am NOT afraid to tell the truth, I am NOT afraid to be who I am, and all I do and write about on my blog, is personally what I say, or approve of being said by someone else. Afterall this is MY blog, so I will post what I darn well please.(Last I checked, I was the one paying for web hosting and my own website).

The website I am about to tell you about is BEAUTIFUL!!! There are so many sayings, Bible verses, People giving rave reviews, and you can just FEEL the Love of God as soon as you go to the home page. It is called : THE DESPERATE- The Social Network with purpose and passion.

Why The Desperate? Well I was wondering the very same thing. I mean this can be taken so many ways. What it means to them is They are searching for people who are in this world and are desperate to be closer to God, to know him, and love him, and people who are looking to connect with others who share this desperation.

I used to be one of those people not too long ago. I was Desperate to know who God was. To have him talk to me, as I had heard he has to many. I wanted to believe in him, like I never thought I could. I was desperate to know that I could trust in the Lord God, and I wanted to be able to testify to my loved ones and friends about him. Desperate to feel the unconditional love only God can provide. Desperate to be able to lift my worries and burdens up to him, so I wouldn’t be bogged down with them. Desperate to believe that he was in control, not I and that with him by my side, I was able to do anything, go anywhere, and be who I am without having to be fake.

When I finally accepted the Love of the Lord into my life and allowed him to show me all of the great things he can do and will do for me, you wouldn’t believe all of the Glory I felt from him. He came to me, spoke to me, and from that day on, I was saved. I speak to many about him, because unless you speak of him with your own lips, and allow others to share in this most wonderful experience with you and Him, you cannot be saved.

You see, God saved me, he saved me a lot even before I knew him. He saved me from bad relationships, bad decisions, and a very bad life if I would have not chosen the right path. I am fully aware now that it was all Him. It wasn’t that I chose the right path, it was because that is the path HE shined the light onto so I would travel that path.

He saved my daughter. She was born with a cyst in her lung. A birth defect that could have killed her. He brought her out of 2 lung surgeries and kept her alive. He has shown me soooo many things that I can proclaim was his doing.

He saved my mother. She had a life threatening illness and she had to have her entire large intestine removed. He brought her out of it alive and today she is doing so well. It was all God taking over and being there for her.

He saved my husband. Last year, he also had to go through a surgery that was pretty life threatening. We didn’t know what to expect. He brought him through, and he is alive and well due to God’s caring hands being placed upon him.

He is currently saving my sister. I don’t think she realizes it YET, but he is keeping her, and lying his hands upon her, trying to show her the way of the Lord, he is not giving up on her, you see God WILL NOT GIVE UP ON YOU. He will keep trying to make you a believer. Then when you become one, you can look back, because God opens your eyes, and he will show youeverything he has done for you, even when you just thought it was a doctor.

Doctors are wonderful people, but they AREN’T God. He gives them the wisdom and helps their hands work to help others. Doctors can only do so much, but God can do everything. He can be everywhere, and he is.

The Desperate is a website where you can connect with others, who are believers, or who are looking desperately to become a believer. People whose lives will not be fulfilled and the desperation not gone until God is allowed fully in their heart. People who have a void in their lives, who can tell something is missing, but may not yet know what. Believers KNOW it was God who was missing, but desperate people need to find this out.

I totally LOVE this website, and believe that if you feel something is not right in your life, if you feel that void, if you want to be saved, then this is the social network you need to join.

This website is moving, and is just what you need to brighten your days.

I have one final question for you, and it is a question I hear a lot, especially from fellow brother and sister Christians.

If you were to die today, would you know in your heart, that you would truly go to Heaven ?

My answer today is YES, I would go to Heaven, because Jesus has forgiven me of my sins, and God has saved me.This answer was not the case a few years ago. A few years ago, I wouldn’t be totally sure, I would sure hope I was going to Heaven, but I couldn’t have said I was 100% sure, like I know I am 100% sure today!

PRAISE THE LORD, He is soooooo GOOD.
