The Annie Family Fund

If you are a regular reader on my blog, then you will know that Annie, a 2month old baby girl has recently passed away. I being a friend of the families decided to start a fund called The Annie Family Fund to raise money for the family to help them with any costs that they may incur.
This is not my regular blog type of post, and I have never set anything like this up before. With the help of some wonderful people I was able to start an account on paypal for this family. I also was able to install a widget (to the right) for donations. Every cent will go to this family (minus paypal fee’s for withdrawing it, unless low enough I can cover myself). Even if I am able to raise $100 this is money that can help this family in crisis that they won’t have to come up with during this heartbreaking time. I am not trying to raise millions of dollars, just some money to help offset travel expenses, food, lodging, funeral, and anything else this family deems necessary.
Please if you can find it in your heart to donate any amount to this fund, it will all be truly appreciated. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask me. My email is xbeth@yahoo.com.

I THANK YOU in advance for anything you can give.

ps. If you would like to help, you can also tweet about this and also you can get the code from the widget and post on your own blog about this. Again, anything is appreciated.

Thanks for sharing! I sent $10 and grabbed the widget. I hope it helps. I also have a book that I recently reviewed called “Dance in the Rain” by Angela A. Dockter-Harris that is a journal/Bible Study to help those suffering from a huge loss and teaches them to deal with it and their sorrow. I would be happy to send it to you for the basket, if you’d like: ubrewme@yahoo.com

What a wonderful thing to do for Annie’s family. I don’t know any of you, but I followed Annie’s story on Twitter and I’m so sorry for her family’s loss.
