eenamaria – High Fashion Bags and purses

Whenever I was at the Blissdom 08′ conference this past year, they were giving away prizes and my heart was set on one prize in particular. An eenamaria bag. Unfortunately I didn’t win it but my friend Kim (@craftymamaof4) did. I was ga ga over it. She is a bag hound too. If there is one thing you know about me, it is I LOVE BAGS !

eenamaria bags are so unique.  They are “for the urban nomad”. Stylish meets roomy in these bags. I mean you can almost fit a small child into one! How do I know this ? Well after not winning an eenamaria bag from Blissdom, I decided to contact the company and tell them how much I loved their bags and that I would love to include them in a review on my blog. I also told them I would love to sport their bag at BlogHer, which will be here in 2 weeks. They (to my amazement) said YES ! I was thrilled beyond belief, it was like an Early birthday for me ! Then when they told me I could choose 2 bags to review, I was overjoyed ! I mean, what woman doesn’t want tons of bags ! Especially stylish sophisticated ones that say, I am in the know, I am confident, and yes YOU will be envious as I pass u by, lol

Big Bags are in and eenamaria has got you covered ! eenamaria adds funk and flair to their bags. They are so classy looking with a feel of “HERE I AM” included. The colors “pop” out of these bags. Some are retro chic. All are wonderful.

You can only imagine how I felt when I recently received this email from them for an update on their product:

Walmart.com will soon be carrying the line, keep your eyes peeled. (Oh how I will). These purses and bags are going places ! And I will be sure to have mine at BlogHer09′ to be a lil show off and let everyone experience eenamaria!

This is the 1st bag I chose to review, and look at the size of this ginormous bag ! :

Size: 19.5″ x 17″ x 7″  it is made out of patent nylon and retails for $69

It comes in a 5 different colors. I just love how the blue in this POPS out at you when you look at it. And I am not joking when I say you can carry a samll child in this purse ! It is perfect for loading beach towels into it and snacks and heading to the beach, or in my case as a wonderful carry on HUGE bag for my trips. I dont know if I have ever seen a bag so shiny, bold, and big as this! It’s name is perfect,

“eenamaria I Mean Bizniss Travel Tote”

this is truly one helluva bag!

The second bag I chose to review was the

“eenamaria Workin’ Weekend Baby Tote”

which is a smaller version of the BIG bag above. It is more practical for using everyday. It retails for $70. It comes in 2 color combinations. Here is the one I chose:

I didn’t want to get matching bags because I want to be able to “wear” these with different outfits. I figured that I would get more out of them this way.

Both bags have spacious pockets in them. A wonderful zipper (I love the zippers), and are very very durable!  The straps on them are long, which is a feature I like, I hate a purse or tote bag, or any bag with short little straps, unless it is for a really dressy occasion. (which eenamaria has other bags to fit this role too).

Now that I spotted the cute lil grey, black, and red one that Mrs. Shaq carries and it is only $36 I will need to look into purchasing that one. (did I say I loved bags?).

Overall, I REALLY love eenamaria. It is a unique style. Retro but sophistacated, Stylish but practical. It is nice not to have the ordinary bag sometimes. These bags get very high ratings on the ebags website too.
