Little Debbie 100 Calorie Cakes* & WIN !

I recently was sent a nice sized box of Little Debbie 100 Calorie Snack Cakes. They arrived on my porch in the most adorable box you would ever see, yes, with cute Little Debbie staring at me when I opened the door !
The box included Little Debbie Lemon Cakes, Chocolate Cakes, Cookies & Creme Cakes, Yellow Cakes, and Nutty Bars. A whole Slew of a variety ! All of the cakes and Nutty Bars are in 100 Calorie Packs. They are all individually wrapped, and very cute.
Here is my take on each :
Lemon Cakes – I am not a Lemony kind of person, so I really didn’t like these, because the lemon taste is powerful. But that is just me and my taste. If you love Lemon and a strong taste of Lemon, you would absolutely LOVE these cakes.
Yellow Cakes – These have Butter Creme icing and are sooooooo good. I may just use a couple of boxes of these for my next Birthday cake a create a huge Little Debbie Cake out of them! YUM.
Nutty Bars – I am a huge chocolate/peanut butter fan. I was worried before trying these (cause the regular calorie nes are a favorite of mine) that I would not like them taking my calories away from me. But to my surprise I loved these and could NOT even tell that they were only 100 calories ! They passed my taste test, and are still my favorite, but now, even more so, cause they are only 100 calories now!
Chocolate Cakes – These have Chocolate flavored icing. These too are excellent ! If you want a bite of chocolate and are on a diet, are diabetic, or like me, trying to loose weight. These are just the right size to give you the scrumptious taste of chocolate, but knowing they are only 100 calories won’t make you depressed and thinking that you are making a big mistake by eating one (cause you aren’t!)
Cookies & Creme – These are Chocolate cake with Cookie Pieces on top. These are really good. I again was surprised that Little Debbie could pull it off, but they did wonderfully. These were the first to be gone in my household. My kids loved these too, and I was so excited, cause they couldn’t even tell they were only 100 calories !! WOOT !!!
These snacks are a wonderful item. As long as you eat them in moderation, just like anything elese. Having only 100 calories, now you can have a little bit of Heaven with these cakes and not regret it after you eat one. I think Little Debbie has done a fantastic job keeping the taste still as wonderful as all of their snacks but taking away the calories !

Also my favorite little debbie 100 calorie cakes are the snow puffs. I live in the North East where they don’t seem to sell them a friend at works brings them all the way from the midwest so we can have them at work. They are great
