Create a Healthy Meal or Snack – Share & WIN a Your Shape Game!

A couple weeks ago as part of the Your Shape Challenge I am in, the challengers were asked to come up with healthy snack idea’s.

I found nuts, Craisins, blueberry rice cakes, and dried fruits to be some healthy snacks that I loved to eat.

This upcoming week, we are going to be preparing healthy meals for our whole family to share as part of our challenge.

Also this week, I am getting to give away a copy of the YOUR SHAPE by Ubisoft for Wii game to one of YOU ;)

    Here is an idea for a healthy crock pot meal. Chicken breast, yellow onion (sliced), black beans, corn (optional). Put salsa over everything and cook in the crock pot on low. The salsa adds a nice spice to everything and the beans and chicken are very filling.

  5. My favorite healthy snack is fat free/sugar free vanilla yogurt with blueberries and Bran Buds. I use about 2/3 cup of each so it makes a huge bowl and it’s so filling!
