It worked like a charm however you have to dispense it 3 times a day and after the second day my daughter decided she didn't like the taste. This was last winter and she hasn't had a bronchial cough since then. If it comes back this winter then I'll try the Chestal Honey because over the counter medicines don't work for my girls.
