  3. I have RA. It is awful but I have found a few ways to make the pain more bearable. I don’t drink soda. Soda makes it 1000 times worse. I also invested in a heated mattress pad for my bed. I keep it on ALL the time. The heat keeps the pain down and easier for me to get out of bed in the morning with less pain.

    I have both Rhuematoid and Osteo Arthritis, one feels better with more movement one feels worse. SO I have to gauge the day and see which neeeds more pampering.
