My first encounter with Weight Watchers^® Ice Cream was just this past summer when I was attending the Type A Mom conference in Ashville, NC. I never gave much thought to trying this before because well diet and ice cream never seemed to go together for me.

However, now that I have tried it and also know NOW that eating ice cream while losing weight is doable, I love it !  Now if your a skeptic like me when it comes to “diet” food, you may be thinking this cannot taste good. Well, I am here as living proof to tell you that this smooth and creamy treat (and chocolaty) is sooooooo good. The only issue I have with it, is well, it is hard to limit myself to one ! (so be careful)

My favorite is a fudge bars. And I have to say, even my kids love these. So if you have any doubts about taste , when my kids like a “healthy” food, It HAS to mean it tastes good.  You can check out all of the flavors and nutritional info. here : ice cream products .
