I recently had the chance to try one of the Signature Stamps from The Little Stamp Company. It is a wonderful tool to help your child learn to write their name. My daughter Yasmine who is 3, and will be 4 in October, will be heading to preschool this September. She will be able to write her name clearly and neatly because of the help of The Little Stamp Company. She loves to have fun using her name stamp, and she loves to “play connect the dots” with her letters and when she is finished, the end result is her name written beautifully. The Little Stamp Company sent her name stamp that is dotted so she can trace over the dots and form the letters that are in her name.

I love that the ink is washable. Yasmine being only 3 makes many messes, but when she is playing with her Signature Stamp, I do not need to worry about too much of a mess since they are washable. This is a HUGE plus for a mommy like me. It is also a HUGE plus to me that the stamps are eco-friendly. I am not a totally “Green” Parent, I will admit, but anything I can do to help the environment I will do and try. Even little steps help out and can make a difference.

I love this idea of the name stamps. I think that these stampers would make a wonderful gift for children. For older children The Little Stamp Company also makes “funky fonts”.
The stamps are about $20- $25 each, but for something that your child will have hours of fun with, they are educational because they teach your child how to write their name, are eco-friendly, and your child will have raised self-esteem because they can write their name on cards, and other papers, it is well worth the $25! They are also something Personalized, so ANY name can be used, which if your like me and your children have somewhat unique names, I cannot find their names on many items, so this excited me and my daughter when she received hers to try out.
