Fourth Of July Means Festivals & Hand Sanitizer & WIN

So, every Fourth of July our family has a tradition to go and visit some local festivals. One of our favorites is the Twin Lakes Arts and Heritage Festival. It is settled in a park with 2 lakes (thus the name Twin Lakes) in Westmoreland county, PA. It is about a 45 min. drive from our home, but is so worth it.
